Global Colleague is committed
not to sell or rent its client, candidate, employee, or any mailing
lists to anyone. We will never disclose, rent or sell your name or

and personnel of Global Colleague or its subsidiaries are permitted
to have access to your information. All employees are required to
adhere to our strict privacy policies. Global Colleague management
considers violation of client confidentiality to be a serious
infringement of Global Colleague policies. We consider this data to
be strictly confidential and all our employees sign confidentiality
agreements, which are strictly enforced. We do not disclose an

clients. Our clients also provide us the personal information of

the information and data received by Global Colleague is only in its
capacity and role as a legal support service provider, and the data
is analyzed and processed as per the instructions of the client.
Global Colleague’s human
resources department retains and maintains the contact information,
resumes, and other information requested of all job candidates who
apply for positions or contract work at Global Colleague.

collect general information and data from visitors visiting our web
site. The information collected is mainly in respect to your domain

raised by individuals regarding processing their personal

Colleague and the complainant, Global Colleague shall cooperate with
