Wyatt Latimer

Founder & Managing Director

Wyatt Latimer is the Founder and a Managing Director of Global Colleague’s US Operations.  Prior to founding Global Colleague, Wyatt managed two of the largest antitrust-discovery matters in history for First Advantage Litigation Consulting.  His role included managing pre-litigation strategies, selecting and coordinating testifying and non-testifying experts, overseeing the processing of data on three continents, and managing all of the translation, back-up, and restoration activities.

Wyatt began his career in global outsourcing with IBM, where he coordinated global-outsourcing standards and set up outsourcing ventures in India for financial institutions.  He also served as a Regional Director for True Data Partners, a national, litigation-support firm, where he spearheaded its Chicago and Washington, DC offices.  During that time, he managed electronic discovery, coding, reproduction, and data-hosting services for many of the largest law firms on behalf of multinational companies.

Paul C. Easton, JD, PMP, CEDS

Managing Director

Paul Easton is the Managing Director of Global Colleague’s Asian operations.  Paul is responsible for the oversight and training of Global Colleague’s full-time team of Indian and Taiwanese lawyers, translators, and IT professionals.  Paul’s time is divided between Pune, India and Taichung, Taiwan.  His background includes the management of high-volume document productions in massive litigations and regulatory investigations for numerous organizations and their legal counsel.

Paul received a JD from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii and is licensed to practice law in New York and Hawaii.  Paul is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional and serves as the Community Manager for PMI's Legal Project Management Community of Practice.  Paul is also certified by the Association of Certified Electronic Discovery Professionals.  He also sits on the International Committee of the Organization of Legal Professionals.  To learn more about Paul, click here.

Ralph Nickl

Managing Director

Ralph Nickl is a Managing Director of Global Colleague’s US Operations.  Prior to joining Global Colleague, Ralph spent five years with First Advantage Litigation Consulting, a multinational litigation-consulting firm, advising major white-collar, government, and litigation firms in discovery matters.  Ralph has twenty years’ experience in software and systems development.  In his eight years at Accenture, he delivered solutions for clients in the telecommunications, utilities, and manufacturing industries.

Ramachandran Sudhakar, LLB, MBA

Director of Operations

Ramachandran Sudhakar is Global Colleague’s Director of Operations. With both legal and management experience in the banking industry, Sudhakar brings more than twenty years of experience to the strategic training, process development, and administration of the Pune, India office.

During his tenure at Union Bank of India, Sudhakar was responsible for digitizing the entire branch system’s administration.  He also investigated allegations relating to misappropriation, abuse of authority, corruption, and embezzlement; which included witness interrogation, evidence collection, and testifying at internal, quasi-judicial inquiries. Sudhakar left the bank to establish his own taxation and banking law practice, which he successfully ran for three years before focusing on the legal-outsourcing and electronic-discovery industries, which he has worked in for the past six years. 

Sudhakar received an LLB from Symbiosis Society’s Law College and an MBA degree from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.  He is certified as an associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and  as a cyber-crime investigator by the Asian School of Cyber Laws.  As an avid sports fan, Sudhakar spends his spare time playing table tennis, badminton, cricket, football, carom billiards, and chess.  He also coaches children’s table tennis and organizes tournaments in an effort to encourage children to take up sports.  To learn more about Sudhakar, click here.

Manjiri Deshpande, LLB, LLM

Project Director

Manjiri Deshpande serves as the Project Director for Global Colleague’s Indian operations. With extensive experience in the recruiting and training of permanent and temporary staff in the litigation arena, Manjiri is responsible for overseeing all legal-project-management and quality-assurance teams at Global Colleague’s facility in Pune, India.

Manjiri has more than six-years’ experience developing legal-support services for international law firms and corporate-legal departments, including: contract drafting, revision, and management services; litigation-document review services; insurance-claim processing; and managed electronic-discovery services.  Prior to joining Global Colleague, Manjiri worked with Hariani & Company, a leading Solicitor’s firm in Pune, where she gained extensive experience in the fields of real-estate and transactional law.

Manjiri holds a Bachelors of Law Degree from Indian Law Society Law College where she was a merit holder.  She also has an LLM degree in International Law from Pune University.  In her spare time, Manjiri writes short plays that focus on social-awareness issues, including one that was used by Vidnyanvahini, a non-profit organization in Pune, to spread awareness regarding female feticide in India.  To learn more about Manjiri, click here.

Vincent Cammarata, JD, PhD

CSI Government Solutions, CEO

Vincent D. Cammarata is a proven senior-level executive, having held executive-level positions at AT&T Wireless, Nextel Communications, and TriPoint Global. Vincent implemented countless improvements that contributed to the various companies’ profitability while establishing their position as leaders in the highly-regulated telecommunications industry.

Vincent served on active and reserve duty with the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, United States Army, and was honorably discharged and is rated as a Service Disabled Veteran by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Vincent is an alumnus of Trinity College, holding advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, and earned a join JD-MBA degree from Alexandria University-College of Law.
