How do we do it? Global Colleague utilizes a combination of experts, repeatable processes and patented technology to preserve web pages. Our Global Legal Desk reviews all orders to ensure content targeted for capture is preserved in a manner that can be used in court. The completed collection will include an independent third-party report that contains a PDF of the page, web site HTML, and Deep Packet Capture logs documenting the network origin of the data. The evidence is sealed using a patented, hash-and-link digital timestamping methodology, and can be accessed by any third party to verify that the evidence has not been altered or tampered with since the time it was sealed.
